A whopper of a fish.

Here is a gallery of some amazing fish caught in ponds and lakes managed by Trophy Pond.

Case Study 6

  • In 2016 Trophy Pond began working with a 22-acre lake in northern Georgia. Our initial electrofishing survey of the lake yielded zero largemouth over eleven inches; we were concerned about the genetics of the bass because the lake had been stocked several years prior with F1s. We recommended stocking pure Florida largemouth, and shortly thereafter the owner stocked adult Floridas. Two years later, a thirteen-pound largemouth was caught from the lake.

Case Study 7

  • In 2016, Trophy Pond began working with an 0.75-acre pond in middle Tennessee with a specialized management plan tailored toward maximizing trophy bluegill production in a smaller pond.
